Storeggen farm is a family-run local food producer, which runs suckler cows, mainly of the Limousin breed. We are two generations who live and work on the farm. It has existed for around four hundred years, and we are the eleventh and twelfth generations on the farm.

Storeggen is idyllically located on the upper side of Glomma and right next to highway 3, which for many is the preferred route between Oslo and Trondheim. We have a great view of the forest and mountains and Tynset town, which is a few minutes away.

Our animals have ample access to fresh air, good mountain pastures in the summer and are otherwise mainly fed with roughage, i.e. grass, from the fields near the farm. We can therefore produce meat products of the best quality.
